Pokemon status accomplishments medals question

Hey all. I know everyones having a blast with getting shitload of pokemons and EXP that legit people playing dream of.
However iw as comparing my account to my legit friend who literally drives around town all day in NY since he delivers drinks and is a driver so he literally plays all day since beta days. It seems like he has almost all the accomplishments medals earned like the harder ones to get like jogger and xxx amount walked etc.
It looks so obvious that our botted accts look fake since it would be level 35 but only have 200kilo walked which is very off. I think he had over 800+ kilo and has almost all the medals etc. And hes level 34

I have alot of the medals as well botting them and playing some legit but is there a way to get the jogger medal since thats a dead giveaway that the acct was obviously botted lol
Just throwing it out there how to get those going.

Also is there a setting or a bot to make you charater just walk in straight line NY to CALI slowly just hitting up all the pokestops but gathering the miles walked i know it will take crazy amount of time either way but still.

Also whats the max speed we can have the phone moving to count as movement meter measured?
