Config to throw away anything under 2000 CP or less than 99% IV help

Hello everyone. Need some help. I have done about 30 different condigs they all end up saying in not inventory full. I don't know what to do anymore :/. I have like 30 snorlax below 1000 CP and below 99% IV and I want them gone. I also have the same for other pokemons. It's simple. I want to keep 1 of each Pokemon and the best of each of course by IV. But I also want to keep anything over 2000 CP or over 99 IV. Please if anyone could help.

Example:
Catch Eevee CP 2210, IV 11, keep.
Catch Eevee CP 110, IV 99, keep. (Have 2 Eevee's even if I only want 1 of each these 2 are the best of the best (MIB lol).
Catch Eevee CP 1999, IV 98, throw away. (2 Eevee's still)
Catch Eevee CP 15, IV 100, keep. (Have 3 Eevee's)

Is there a way I can set up something like this in the bot condigs? (Preferably necro as its what I use but should be almost same for everything else.)

Wish I could help... doesn't seem like Necrobot is working properly with the most current build. I have my minimum CP to keep set at 1850 and it's still keeping under 1000

in config try something similar to below:

take Snorlax off the Not To Transfer list
set KeepMin CP to "2000"
set KeepMin IV to "99"
set the KeepMinOperator to "and"
"KeepMinDuplicatePokemon": 1,
