What do I do when is says there's no Pokestops in my area? Already tried new coords

I'm really curious as to what's going on. I thought it was the config I was using at first, but I've tried multiple config settings and even had a friend send me his over skype and nothing's changing. It was working fine yesterday morning, Necrobot updated after I closed the bot to check everything out on my phone and I haven't been able to get it running again.
Could I possibly be banned from the game?
Is there anything I can do about this?

I've looked up this issue and I can't seem to find anything more recent than back a couple days ago when the servers went down.
I have little to no experience with this, so please, by all means talk to me as if you're explaining this to a five year old.

If your running Haxton (only one im currently using due to its insane Exp/Hr) I would suggest re-downloading it reconfigure your settings.
Some people are having troubles with VPNs having blacklisted bans which will result in the same thing as you are talking about above.

I'll have to take a look into Haxton. I've been using Necrobot and I haven't been using a VPN. That's why I thought maybe I was ip banned or something. I'm just botting one account as well.
