How to unban your account ?

If my account is permabanned how can i unban it ?

Why do you figure it's permabanned?

The bot says there is no pokemons around.
And i tried to unban it with necrobot and switiching to VPN to where my coordinates are and doesnt work.
It spins that wheel over and over ( more than 45 ) and nothing happens.

That's not a permaban.
More likely a IP blacklist (Less likely if you actually see a pokestop) or some server issues where your bot is.
Have had that in Central park before.

You could try logging into the game normally with the account and check, or try moving to another location.

I tried in many locations ( japan,hong kong,south korea ) .
The bot is just spinning but nothing happens.

I'd either try to login to the account. If you're really banned, you shouldn't be able to login at all.
Or let it rest for awhile, might be some server issues.
