if you run over 1 account per IP there is a chance you IP will get banned for X amount of time. Its Niantic way of trying to deal with bots

Restart your computer if you have a dynamic ip or try getting a vpn. Its probably an IP ban.

Try posting up your locationstocycle might be an error with that

the updating inventory hang is nothing to do with a ip ban because all other bots work fine
