Ive heard INGRESS doesnt have any bots (Aparently) and they banned all botters time ago... So isnt that easy for them to detect every bot on pogo?

Ingress is community moderated. They do have some base level detection in place, but ultimately the community is incredibly protective of the game and is swift to report and deal with spoofers.
