this site looks ur cathing and farming speed , and teleporting locations and it says u r a chatter but , it s a thirty party site so dont wory about it , i guess niantic just wont ban us right now ,

cuz they dont even had a anti-chat , after last update it can be possible cuz they showed us they dont want hackers anymore

that site uses the API to grab data from niantic, which would make anyone who uses it to be flagged just as a botter

then the site uses its own analysis to label users as cheaters based on #pokestops looted, etc

so it's not Niantic determines that you are a cheater, but the website does, although if Niantic starts doing the same thing, the result would be the same.

if this site can do it, then Niantic can also. I logged in while in a state, then logged in while on another state, maybe it just saw random positions at short time. Anyway, you can delete your account from their data.

Ingress is what Pokemon Go used to generate gyms/pokestops. Ingress is another game made by Google/Niantic.
That link may not have a lot to do with Pokemon Go, but it does have some things to do with pokemon go, such as how they are approaching Anti-Cheat in Ingress.

Sure, he could have given more context, but it's not completely irrelevant.
