    its just 20 dollars or less. its unlikely someone would file a lawsuit to get a 20 dollars refund when they know buying account is against the term of use.

    Because people want to sell accounts for money or give them away to friends/acquaintances.

    You can hardly control the entire pokemon go botting community, and I hardly doubt many will even care you posted about this in the first place.

    Why file a lawsuit when filing a claim with your credit card company is faster and free

    You should know what you are getting yourself into by joining this forum which only has a pokemon go section for botting and cheating which is against any game's TOS. You also knowingly violated Niantic's TOS. No buyer here is obligated to refund you.

    I think only sellers who have long-term reputations that span multiple games and care about future sales will do any kind of refunding.

    Annnd people like that guy who got scammed by his buyer with a fake 'pokemon company' email. Lol.
