Need help.
when someone makes an order, i see his e-mail, but next to it is says "NOT PAID"

Its telling you the person did not pay for the product you offered, therefor there is no automated delivery.
This most likely happens when someone is on the PayPal check-out screen and then decides not to buy it.

If the person actually paid, it would use your given product information to the customer.
Possibilites are that Bitcoin payments take a few minutes to an hour to be verified.
