Do a google search and you see what will happen. say bye bye to Articuno for the time being and Bye bye to the player that got it.. hahahhaa sad sucker. "its a possible Glitch on Niantic side"

I think they released it with tthe new update. My friend in NJ said he caught it and hes legit gaming nerd and he owns the gym in palisades park nj with it.
I think its legit nowafter the update

On Reddit it was posted that some trainers had accidentally been given an Articuno by Niantic support after having opened tickets about wanting a transfered Pokémon back. Not sure the legitimacy of those claims. It could easily be a cover up to try and hide the fact they found a way to exploit the game into giving them an Articuno.
