Same, I'm level 38 and get called out on Yik Yak for cheating by people. I think I've been reported a couple of dozen times by now.

If I was level 38 in my town and took over a gym I imagine I would get reported. I stopped my favorite bot account at 30 a long time ago. I took over a gym when I was 25 and even that was really suspicious to people in the area but I told them I'm from NYC where pokestops line the street.

@Dropped87: If they say that they will report you just tell them like "listen... im not cheating, if you are too stupid for this game and by now still havn't figured out how to level up faster in the game just don't play the game" & "get some skill instead crying about better players".

Also since you are in a smaller town you can tell them; "I'm not cheating but if you continue to harass me because im smarter and better than you i can go to the internet and search for the cheaters and give them our towns gym coordinates, which means you will NEVER get rid of cheaters in our town EVER again".

If you get banned, you can share your town gym coord. all over the internet. This will teach them a big big lesson.

Back to topic. Yea, I don't think they'd do much. Not for awhile atleast.
If anything they'd just use their built in softban mechanics to ban people after multiple offenses.

Someone here shared their obviously botted account with the towns FB group. Suggested he'd got all the Reg Ex's from eggs, even suggested he'd driven up and down a bypass at 10MPH all day to hatch them.

Just don't be dumb. Loads of people botting, loads of people can spot you, loads of people don't try and peacock their botted accounts as legit to the local community with your real name against it. Simplz.
