Hahahahah
Try Haxton or Spangeli
Haxton, 8787, Necro and PokeMobBot. It all comes down to config, otherwise they are all based on the same source so they are fairly similar in use.

:P
Can anyone link some good configs because it seems like all defaults I've tried are a joke

Currently running 100 instances of PokeMobBot 1.0.1 @ 140-150k XP/h stable with the following config:
PokeMobBot 1.0.1 config.json - Pastebin.com

If they are weak, or lower than 95% IV it will transfer those dragonites, however:
Open Config.json and add dragonite under PokemonsNotToTransfer. That way, the bot will keep them for sure. It should look like this:
"PokemonsNotToTransfer": [
"dragonite",
"ditto",
