Location tips to help finish off available pokedex?

Aside from the 6 nobody has yet, i'm missing 13 more. The first 7 I've just never encountered, but confident I'll eventually get by candy>evolve. The remaining 6 below that I don't know where to look, I live in Florida so i expected the ocean related ones would be cake but I haven't seen those yet. Any suggestions welcome that might increase chance of seeing them, or maybe you know of a cords channel that they pop up in often?

Santa monica (34.00838019577274, -118.49827766418456) is the best place to find the last mons except Tauros..
