Possible IP Ban?

Hey, I've been using bots on a few accounts, pokemongo desktop map, and Nox emulator for pokemon over the past week or so. Just today, I installed the new APK for Pokemon Go on Nox and was playing on an account and then logged out. Now whenever I try to log into any PTC account on my nox emulator or on my phone while using WiFi, I get the error: "Unable to authenticate. Please try again." and the only way for me to login is using data and then switching to WiFi after I'm already logged in or using a google account. I am confused because server status says PTC is up, and I am able to load the game once I am already logged in, but I am unable to sign in on my phone or nox while using my home IP address. Could this be a routing issue, or am I IP banned?

Yes I am able to login through the website, though it does have a 15 second delay from pressing login to actually logging in, and I believe the timeout on the app is 10 seconds (NVM THIS IS WRONG), perhaps my ISP has a routing issue to the destination? Is it slow for you as well?

Edit: Just double checked, signing in through the link using my data I am able to sign in within a few seconds, whereas on desktop(ethernet) or phone(WiFi), it takes 15 seconds.

What is your ISP? Also nevermind, sometimes it tries to login for over 10 seconds and I still get the error...not sure what's happening.

Edit: http://cmmcd.com/PokemonGo/ now shows unstable, so perhaps it is a common problem not related to using bots or nox, thanks.

Does anyone know what the IP address for PTC login is? I want to try a traceroute. I was able to use a VPN located in China which somehow let me connect quicker and I was able to login to the game, now that I am logged in I can open the game find off VPN since the login process is already done.

I don't think so. I think it is a bad routing issue.

I am going to ELI5 a routing issue;

Imagine buying an item from Amazon. The package is labeled with an address by the vendor and handed over to the local postal office. The local postal office doesn't knows the location of your actual address but based on postal code or country they know who might. So they send the package on to that postal carrier. The postal carrier receives the package and checks the label. Now they don't actually either knows your actual address. But based on the country or postal code they also know which local postal office to forward it too. And they do. Now the local postal office in your area receives it and they know exactly where your address is and delivers the item to you.

This is how the Internet is supposed to work. A routing would occur if one of the parts forwarding the item either doesn't know who to forward it to or if they for some reason have the wrong information and tries to forwards it to the wrong recipient. So for the purpose of what is happening here, if it is a routing issue, it could be that he is sending the account login information but it either doesn't reach the login server, or the reply from the server verifying the login doesn't reach him back.

In essence it is nothing anyone here can do much about if it is a routing issue other than troubleshoot through your ISP and ask them for help. The ISP might also not be able to do anything because they most likely buy transit from a major carrier with whom the fault may lie.

Now, since he can actually login from the website I am not sure it would be a routing issue but rather unstable servers or something else since I suppose the same login servers would be used.
