Dratini nest or any other farm candies

Hi,

my big problem is out of Dratini's candies. Anyone can tell me how I can now farm it? Many of Dratini's Nest was replaced by Eevee. I'm thinking about Pokesniper, but I dont know how to use it properly to catch only Dratini.

just use pokesniper v2 and set it to only snipe dragonites and dragonairs
