Did you set the GPS coordinates to an actual location? Most likely they are set to be somewhere in an ocean...

Thats a GPS issue, the game can't verify where you are. It happens on mobile when you don't have any GPS signal and you've set it to GPS only (hence the jagged green patches in the distance) it's going to be something to do with your set location and/or your nox location settings.

Nox should be in "Device only" mode, so make sure that you've not got that changed.

either pull down the menu twice, click on the settings button top right and click settings, or click settings from the main screen. Check your location settings under "Personal"

Hi I have the same issue and have tried everything . my location is set correctly. everything is how it should be as far as i know ,but its still doing this. i believe it has something to do with my account. if anyone has had this problem please help i dont want to have to start over .

this works make sure your nox and phone are running the same version of pokemon go . if your nox has an outdated version compared to the one on your phone its going to cause that
