Server down?

Hello guy i have really big question are the servers down? cause i live in puerto rico and use fake location app and cant connect even i try to connect con quick spin unbanner an spegeli bot and none of them are working quickspin says check if servers are online and spegeli bot gets into a loop like it connects and disconnects.

edit: by the way its being down since yesterday
