No pokemons or pokestops showing in central park?

I was just botting around and decided to restart it. When I logged back in it says no pokestops around and to check coordinates which I didn't change.

Checked again using nox and there is nothing around except for 1 ratata which I caught successfully which means in not soft banned?

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

You are not soft banned, something is going on with the servers for central park, Same thing happened to my account and I went to time square and it was working fine.

I'm having the same problem here, but i'm at Barcelona, i think i got a softban, but now i cannot see any pokestop gym or pokemon near u.u

I was botting at Tokyo (Japan) and I have the same problem right now.
