How to get a monster that has a large CP?? What might be other settings on each bot

power them up with candy and dust.

Your priority should never be on CP.
IV and movesets are more important.
And there's no other way than to grind it out. It's all RNG.
Look around the other threads about IV and CP, i've posted some explanations about it all there.
Oh, yea, if you get a good IV/Moveset with low CP. You just power them up.

easy way, leveling your character.
level 30+ is way to easy catch high cp pokemon.

I want to master the gym in my area.
their average level 20 - 25. but CP is already above the level of 2200. I was 26 but most tow CP 2100 to raise the candy could no longer having to raise your level.
