Still catching a crap ton low lvl pokemon

Im just wondering if y'all are seeing the same thing I am. Even though I'm 20+, I would say 95+ % of the pokemon I'm catching are lvl 10 and below. CP seems to be all over the place but I would think the higher lvl you are the "better" chance to get higher lvl pokemon. Don't get me wrong I'm fine catching them and getting the cookies . . . . .

Why does it matter? it's just for experience, if you want high IV rare ones just go and pokesnipe them, expecting to get them normally is not smart because the amount of rares with high IV you get from just normally farming around for 10 hours you can get in less than few minutes with pokesniping. (I assume you are botting/spoofing)

The Pokemon that you find in the wild can be from level 1 to I think a couple levels above your own(?). If you want high CP Pokemon though, just keep farming them for the EXP until you get higher level because you'll be finding slightly better stuff later anyways.
