Need help!! (Gym Problem)

Hey OwnedCore community.

My friend and I just got home from driving around to gyms. At every gym we go to, whether it's our team's or not, we CANNOT battle. We can go into the gym, even initiate a battle, however as soon as it says "GO", it back out back to the gym overview. We both have botted accounts, and am wondering what the problem is and if it's fixable. Are we hard banned, soft banned, just a bug? Thanks
