What I am looging for is to set up a chat bot, like someone did on twitch (channel got banned now).

There were worldwide scans collected and postet into a chat channels like:

I got about 40-50 Snorlax every day the last week for example.

We do have a shoutbox channel here on OwnedCore visible for people with 25+ reputation or donator rank.
You won't be able to post with a bot though but you can read other peoples finds and post your own manually
