    Settings and Config for Spegeli Bot

    Whenever I edit settings such as PokemonNotToTransfer and PokemonToEvolve, I update them in the settings.cs file but they do not update in the config folder under /Pokemon-Go-Rocket-API-master\PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console\bin\Debug\Configs
