As some other People already said, it might be like a Gym Battle or whatever.
Actually, we can't really tell since nobody ever encountered a Legendary yet ^^

I said it might be possible with a Master Ball as the Catch Rate is 0 for such Legendarys.
Yet, we can't be sure so it seems we have to wait and see what happens.
