Soft bans and egg hatching?

So, earlier I got the bright idea to try the nox method to play pogo on my laptop as there's not a single pokestop around my work office. I made the mistake of not logging out before i changed locations in an attempt to play on a different account. Anyways I was softbanned from what it seems like. pokestops wouldnt work and any pokemon i attempted to catch ran away after the first pokeball. But after about an hour or so, it seems that I can catch pokemon, however, none of my eggs are making any progress whatsoever. Is this a side effect of the soft ban?

NOTE: I did happen to hatch two eggs during my WASD walking in nox (in another country).

EDIT: seems to be working now, at least one of my incubators.
