Is there a Discord out there for rares?

I am looking for a Discord, or some sort of rare pokemon tracker. Preferably region-specific, ie, NJ, NY, etc... but if not possible I can sort out the coord range to narrow it down.

Something that will spit out the coords, and pokemon when it spawns.

Just want to fill pokedex with a few rares from gen1 that I have yet to see - Chansey, Aerodactyl, Hitmonlee, etc.
