There are some kids in Bangladesh that will do it for you for $1/hour, oh wait no they can't they don't have $500 smartphones with unlimited mobile data access.

I have a level 32 that I created from scratch all manual leveling. But I don't have the time to increase as fast as I want hope to get some manual leveling services.

Not gonna happen. However I think what you really need is simply a guide on how to level fast by yourself, and there are plenty of guides out there for that. But the problem is, once you hit the 30s, its going to take quite a long time to do it.

Now, you can go looking for a service, but don't be surprised when someone tells you they can do it by hand, and they end up botting for you, because that's what they are going to do, just like they do in WoW. I think (not sure) that I offered the last hand leveling service for WoW and other games, but botting is much cheaper now, and NO ONE wants to pay someone to hand level for them anymore.
