Didn't Nox become detectable? If not, Is it safe then? Pokemons geoblocked here...

I Remember back on the first few monthes Niantic had some frequent ban waves & Nox users got banned along, So i stopped using Nox. But then Niantic started Geoblocking the game on certain countries until the game's released, Can i use Nox to bypass that or is there a high chance for me getting detected?
