I would not use this, it is running on the 0.45 API which means Niantic only allowed map workers & bots to login to the outdated API version more then likely to catch people and flag their account for a ban, legit android clients cant even login to the 0.45 APK, plus this is pay to use if you want 100 IV Pokemon, if you want a sniper just use the poke sniper with live feed in this section, you wont have to pay for 100 IV Pokemon to show up like this tool, and its in English...

You can simply use the default number. Basically the larger the number is, the faster response you have. However, the larger number may slow down your machine. So keep it simple and use the default number.
