solution for us root GPS spoofing players.

so any of u on android 6.0 playing with GPS spoofing having rubber banding issues?
I am pretty sure everyone has that problem.
some of u might use foil sheet n some others. but that it's very annoying isn't it.

so I had tested with a thin piece of magnet underneath my phone between back n the case.
tested with all the spoofing apps.
fly gps, gogps, n some other apps that r simular.

played for 2 hours. not a single rubber band.

    good luck

Yeah, this is due to the real GPS location leaking every once in a while.

What I found is that if you're out of regular GPS range, this won't happen as the location provided by the spoofing app is the only one that sticks. So you put your location settings to Device only, and find a place in your house or apartment that eludes the satellite locking in. I once played the game from the cousin's cellar this way, like some cave troll.

What you mentioned works as well, you're basically doing the same thing (obscuring the signal) but the method is different. I'm just not sure for the long-term health of the phone.

Risking destroy the phone for just a fk mobile game? Even magnetic doesnt attfect flash storage, but others components will damaged in long term using. This is most stupid idea for just a mobile game.

Rooted, installed it to system, unroot. Once installed in the system, gps can be set to device mode only without issues. Thus no rubberbanding for me.

Do you know if this would work on Android 4.4.4?
