You set 333 km/h to get higher EXP/h. But people said "if walking speed is higher than 15 km/h, you will get higher chance to be banned", is it true?

After like 10-15mins, it gets stuck on one pokestop and keeps getting soft banned. Is this the IP ban, or something with the bots setting?
