After like 10-15mins, it gets stuck on one pokestop and keeps getting soft banned. Is this the IP ban, or something with the bots setting?

its normal since the speed is too fast, but if u decrease the speed u slow down the xp/hr since u slow down the rate of farming pokeballs

I use 50 km/h during the month. Not banned. 35 level.
