Not entirely sure how to help you, as long as your discord token is correct, it should be fine.

I suggest stopping the bot and making sure Discord is open when you run it.
Myself and many others are not having issues running the bot.

I can't get it to work either.
I tried it on 2 diff machines, still no luck.
I can enter the coords manually, which works fine. But none of the automatic stuff works :/

Chances are nobody has posted anything. It reads your discord chat to determine what to snipe.

Additionally, you have the app right? Discord client? Not discord.gg web browser chatrooms, the actual installed application.

yep, the client is running in background with 4 different IV chats in which I can see people are posting one 100% after the other.

When I run StartDiscordSniper.bat file, all I can see is these messages.

sniping for 16 hours.. shows about 70+ 100IV in screen being sniped but upon checking in the game.. not even 1 100% IV is listed..
