Changes to Pokémon and Pokéstop count?

After the new update today, I have noticed I could get more than 2000 pokéstops and 1000 pokémon per day on my 2 bots, I reached 1000 pokémon on both about 5 hours ago, I downloaded the new update and boom! I could get over 1000 pokémon

If anyone knows more about this, or thinks this is a bug, just comment
