Someone know a good and safe pokemon go account checker?

I'm trying to find a safer account checker for pokemon go. It need check my account without give me a ban, so the best would be a application that don't log the account like a bot and don't give to the Niantic my gps coordination. I think this isn't possible, so can be good a application that logg in my account but i can setup a start coordinates to avoid the ban. Someone know something like this?
