multiple location scans? New to this.

can someone guide me in the right direction.. i have just got a basic map working following directions. all works, except.. i put in a location, and it will scan the area, but only for say 10 mins or so and then starts timing out?
How and where do i modify this to keep scanning.
Also.. if i want more than just the few streets its scanning, am i sposed to open up another command window? or is there a way to scan my small town.
Any help at all would be really appreciated to get me started, thank you

If you could provide more details about your project it would be easier to help. Are you coding an App? Reverse engineering?
