Today the site passed 75,000 Pokemon caught, with over 9,000 accounts registered.
If you send me a PM with your username I'll take a look at what happened with your catches. Please remember you need to have been logged out for a minimum of 15 minutes before using the service.
I always recommend using a brand new PTC account to test it if you're unsure.

I've just increased the scanning capacity of the site, which should mean that both more and higher IV Pokemon of all types are now found quicker.
If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to post them and I'd be happy to implement.

I've just pushed out an update to make the "Help" panel more... helpful.
Additionally, there's now a contact email address if you need assistance, which is shown under Help.
Please continue to get in touch if you have any suggestions for the site. I'm regularly implementing the ideas that are coming across.

Thanks OP.
When your server login on behalf of our accounts, is the DeviceInfo sent to Niantic always randomized?

Each login picks a random set of pre-defined info from valid devices. Additionally, each time that you request to catch a Pokemon it is assigned an IP address that is guarenteed to not currently be in use. Delays are added inbetween all calls, which is visible on the popup showing how the progress is going. The entire process is designed to simulate the actual game as close as possible, including throwing inperfect shots. During heavy load, you'll notice that things take slightly longer, which is because of queue mechanisms put in place to ensure this statement remains true.
You getting banned is absolutely the last thing that I want, as you'll stop using my service. My highest priority is ensuring that this service is not easily detectable.
Whilst developing the site, I created multiple accounts and used the auto-catch feature to catch everything. 3 weeks later, the accounts are still active, where most bots are long since banned. Because of the nature of what the site is doing, it forces sensible delays between all actions and does not allow users to be reckless (it will not allow the catching of two Pokemon at the same time, even if you close the popup).

I can't make an account on the site. No matter what username I pick, it shows a green checkbox and then when I hit register it shows a red x like it was taken? IS there a reason for this?

Apologies, everything is now back up and running. There was an issue with the load balancer which resulted in the site loading for people, but being unable to call out to any of our API's.
The site should be running as normal now.

In order to ensure everybody has the best possible chance at assertaining the rarest Pokemon, Auto-Catch now costs the same as a manual catch.
This is enabled as of now, and I'll continue to monitor the service to ensure that this does not cause disruptions.
