how to snipe in Necrobot?

i am using Necrobot. can anyone tell me how to snipe? do i need to use another software?

and i don't want to snipe in many region (prevent ban), i just want to snipe in a small region. can i ask the bot to snipe in this small region when dratini come and normally catch other pokemon if no dratini in this region?
