Noob Question -help/ opinions

Okay so Ive been using necrobot and location feeder for the past 3 or so days...
Looking for a 100IV dragonite with dragonbreath and dragon claw...
SO Far I have caught around 20-30 perfect 100IV but NONE of them EVER have that moveset - has niantic/pokemon go made it unobtainable?
Has anyone got 100IV dragonite with those moves?
Seriously annoying!!!

This is what you need,
- Active all snipe and use pogo feeder
- Set catch only Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite
- Add some nice spot to farming 3 above as many as you can
-Keep min CP 3500 and IV 99 for 3 above

lol you luck you caught that many 1OO%IV . been botting for 6 hours not even. lol. can you share your config / coords for farming? anyways if im not mistaken. the bot only calculates what it think is a " 1OO%IV ", now regarding the moveset i dont think the bot can do that or if possible. maybe if someone can make a config file which such complicated setting?

Thanks, and the config I use is:
New * improved 99%-100% iv team creator bot + location * high level * 50k-100K XP/H

then just set it to snipe only the pokemon I want, yeah Ive literally caught ALOT of 100IV dragonites but none with dragon claw - I thought itd make sense that niantic would make it unobtaianle due to it being OP but ive given up now and kept dragon breath hyper beam and its been killing it for me and also alot of websites are saying now that thats the best dragonite set XD
