Manual play with NOX give 100% BAN

I didn't spoof on my phone, but I used NOX.

I got banned this morning.

Woke up, logged in and got "Failed to retrieve game data from server". Never botted, only spoofed in my city. I just had been spoofing ALOT since last Monday, and spoofed last night.

Good luck everyone else.

I also made sure to get my device come up as Samsung G5 on whoer.net.

I believe it may have also been because I signed in this morning and the device ID was set to default, I forgot to use Device ID Changer.

I never change my device and I am still okay. I think the spoofing might of got you banned. Like the guys said here, it is hard to know you are actually spoofing. If you spoofed a lot, your account will grow suspicious and they will investigate your account for any possible cheating. This takes time. If they found out you are cheating, you won't know you are banned until several hours later.

So they absolutely don't care about that you're changing the model device in nox they will ban you exactly the same way.

Man people like you are so damn annoying. You have no idea what you're talking about and yet you throw words like API away. Stop feeding false information to people, especially those that have absolutely no idea what is going on (not far from where you are) . What makes it even worse is how arrogant you are to accept that you're wrong when multiple peers have given information as to what an API is and how it works.

I didn't get banned for using nox for 1 month, never spoofed. Just made an account on Nox and started in Central Park (I live in the Netherlands) and used PokemonGoManager bot to farm for me and Nox to take gyms and if you never log in on your real location, you should be fine. When I do want to go on my Original location, I wait for about ~24 hours without doing anything and then log in, it will seem like I took a plane or travelled to another country and it will not detect it

all my accounts using bots are banned from this 3rd ban wave, but i have 1 account play only using nox and my tablet still alive

we can say nox is safe or they have ban wave for nox users too soon??, we cannot say until we wait

i use spoofing too ( not obviously like asia to US in just a second) , i use sniping, (safe sniping method)

i never had a problem until now

the only issue i have in nox now is

pokemon go client (APK) have all perimssion to read all files in your sd card or your phone memory) they might have a system to check your base hardware info (the info like from this website How to find and check my IP address see's)

Emulators dont use a custom API, most public bots do though.

NOX does not use an API at all in regards to Pokemon GO. This is an Emulator. You can do this with the Android creator kit as well to spoof GPS. It's just a repackaged AndroidOS in a custom client.

Presently, we're unaware of what is triggering the ban with NOX, but it is a half and half ban. I didn't lose my account, but I have NOX show the exact same phone model as what I own. There's a few theories in regards to whether or not they're actually banning the super user/root method that NOX uses, but I have yet to find any proof of that.

For now, it's a risk to use NOX for PoGo.

Started using Nox 3rd week after release. Went through the set up in the detailed guide, and set model information on Nox. I have put $10 into my account to potentially exploit any ban exceptions. My account is still fine and I play regularly. Will update if banned.

Bots are dubious anyway, you will always run the risk of getting banned. So use accounts you are willing to part with.

I have yet to have an Issue with nox. But then again, I stay close to where I'm located. I dont do stupid jumps to random locations, and take my damn time.

Stop rushing to higher levels, you're throwing up red flags by the massive xp gains.

Patience is key, if you're impatient, be willing to lose accounts.
People have written very helpful threads, use your brain and you wont have an issue.
