the safest config I used was the Pokemon APK from the play store. Never been banned. not ever... The ones with the bots... very iffy.

There is none everything currently on the market will get you banned.

i'm not sure, but i advice you use default config of turningbot, it's safe for now, but you can set walkspeed below 10km/h for safety

I'm using this bot CONFIG necro 0.9.3 150k-300k/hour

the only ban I get is CatchFlee ,which I think the cause is the pokemon quota.
