Usually you get flagged after you got soft ban, so if your gps location decided to move a few hundred meters away on your location when you catch pokemon, you will likely to be banned.

This is bs, it's been one week, me and an other 3 guys all legit still banned never got any response from niantic. I doubt it's because they don't care I bet they don't have enough people to manage these issues. This game is going down the drain unless pokemon ind get's involved it's pretty much screwed.
