But that means nothing, when I get 130 pokemons to evolve and use lucky egg to evolve everyone my xp/h skyrocket to 700k/h even though I'm getting 130k for 10 minutes and then back to 20k~ish after in practice...

you probably didnt reach it yet maximum pokestops or pokemo ncatch yet, i tried that many times with lots of account i even reach 5-8 hours + with a very slow humanlike config after that you'll 101% get catch flee ban/no poke stops ban/ some of my bots even got data error.
