safe botting without buying shit = bot with human like settings with one of many up to date free bots, go for high CP/IV team, bot for 6 hours, get to lvl 22-24 , upgrade your powerhouse pokemon, use bot for a few days, wait for ban, make new bot.

Anyone still thinking their botted accounts that you actually go out and play on will be around for more than a week or two are sadly mistaken.
