Limitation for GPX file?

Just wonder if there are any limitation for GPX file? I have created one GPX file that run 36 miles and almost 1800 waypoints. After I check in Visualizer, it only runs some waypoint and walk back to start point?

Try to make all the decimals end on the same mark.. EX: 100.00 should be made into 100.00000000000.
