First time to encounter this error. Any help please?

check your default location in the config.json file

40.779014 and -73.968447. i got soft banned 3x then that error appears.

try a fresh restart of a bot. From the unzip a Release.zip file then start from the beginning. Then do not edit any configs yet. Try relogging in using the bot. DO NOT CHANGE THE DEFAULT LOCATION. Once successful, try editing the config, but avoid the default location.

That's the easiest and most convenient way for non-devs.
