yes but repeat the evolves over and over again until I run out of candies.
I have over 1000 pidgey candys and lots for others as well.

The config of the bot is to keep only 1 duplicate of any Pokémon...that's why it's only evolving 1 pidgey, rattata,etc. Becoz only 1 pidgey is present others are transferred
If u want to keep many pidgeys and evolve them, edit a line which specifies how many duplicate Pokémon to keep, increase it

You'll be able to do that even after leveling up to 30 or whatever level you desire
