Can you guys plz just shut up and stop bragging, they are reading as well
followingn this forum the last couple of days and i cant believe some peeps..
some have little balls and shit their pants as soon as they hear abt a banwave, if you cant handle getting banned then dont do it!
some have their accs not banned yet, and are bragging left and right abt how awesome they are, to top that they go further to explain in every detail what they did, so niantic can have better insights on how to detect you!
some go out with their lvl 35+ account to claim all gyms only to get reported faster and banned faster..
just chill and wait out the banwave.... no need to tell all these informations to niantic?!
dont you think they are aware of all cheating sites??
if you have useful information, be cautious abt it!

loll for all of you guys still wondering if Niantic will reply to your appeal. That's a no! And the reason why I know is because if you go to your gmail and find the ticket that you submitted for the appeal, all the way on the right it should say, [View Ticket]. That will take you to Niantic's website and it will ask you to log-in via your google account.
It will then take you straight to your ticket. mine is below.
Pokemon Go Ban Appeal Request.JPG
And if you pay attention to the status it says, "SOLVED". Even though they clearly haven't replied...
Now well that got me thinking.
Do they automatically set the status for all ban appeals to "SOLVED"?
Is this ticket system even real?
Do they do this with all their tickets in general!?
So if you look at the picture I sent, you can actually see a "Submit a Request" button. So I decided to test it out and send another ticket to see what happens. So I picked a random category, particularly trying to avoid the ban appeal ticket, and I sent the ticket. I got a new email verification stating that I submitted a ticket. I clicked the [View Ticket] button and it took me back to Niantic's website and I logged in again, and of course... the status says "OPEN"
So my conclusion is that if you submitted a Ban Appeal for your account, don't expect a reply because their system has marked all ban appeal tickets as "SOLVED".

Wtf man, I'ts solved if you have nothing to say (It means you agree with the subject). BUT if you have something to say or make a request, the appeal becomes open like you saw. zzz

Loll, did you read anything that I typed?
When you send an appeal request using Niantic's appeal page, like the one that I submitted, you recieve an automated email that says,
"Trainer,
We have received your appeal. Our goal is to provide a fair, fun and legitimate game experience for everyone. Use of any other third-party software or app, including but not limited to scripts/apps, applications used to falsify your location, using emulators, modified or unofficial software and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner is considered cheating.
Please consider your account permanently terminated unless we reply back to your appeal.
-NianticOps"
But in the subject line, it gives you a Ticket number and a link to view the ticket. So far every Ban Appeal submitted has a default status of "Closed"...
I sent a test ticket regarding a pokestop to test out whether or not the ticket system worked. And when I went to look at that ticket, that one's status was "open"... not the appeal.

Be as transparent as you can be! If Niantic is reading this. When you guys made the game did you guys think about the people with disabilities or terminally ill kids stuck at hospitals?
I'm playing for those guys!
