It didn't work per mail (I also got this instant response its not refundable), but I just used the support by phone, made up the story that my son got my password somehow and bought the stuff, and the service instantly did the refund for my 40€ purchase.

Im so happy now and couldn't care less that my acc is banned.

Looks like Apple is more forgiving then Google. Got an instant email saying sorry, you're shit out of luck. Contact the developers

Try using some of the tips & tricks and calling them on the phone, people have had a very high success with that.

if you are getting cannot refund since it is out of the refund window. Call them, talk to a real human. They are more understanding then the auto reply.
