Apple is issuing me a full refund. And the purchase was like a month ago. Glad this worked out.

Something about to many charge backs. that they stopped refunding if you hit the wrong order. someone clicked the $99.99 and meant to do the $9.99.

Took me about 20min chatting, and got myself refunded rest of it , claiming that i cannot get access to my account anymore due to game issues, and theyr support not coming back to me at all.
got refunded 44.72 pounds.

Well I tried to get a refund like two days ago, saying that I cannot access the game anymore, and that did not work at all... . Should I just try again, saying that I do not recognize this purchase? (Apple btw)

I paid 60$ through Paypal. Filed a dispute through Paypal for all 6 individual purchases from July 10th- 27th. 2 of my cases got google feedback over the weekend and PayPal Sided with them and did not issues a refund.... Pissed!
My other 4 transactions got google feedback last night and I assumed Paypal would side with them as they did the previous 2, even though I tried to add more information on my dispute... of which I think was disregarded by PayPal in the first place...
So I found this thread this morning. Gave it a try through email to google to report problem... 60 seconds later was denied!... Pissed!
Took the info posted here, Called Google number posted, saying I did not Authorize these purchases, musta been kid, and I contacted Niantec which is a terrible company with non existing customer service. A few questions later sticking to my guns and keeping it very basic (repeating my answers, Brought up chargebacks and options of speaking to a supervisor), 2 mins later, we are refunding your 60$ within in 3-5 business days!
F You Niantec. Have a better line of communications with your customer base and you would be avoiding all this grief.

Well guys i can tell you i tried the google way first through the Google play store, got denied almost immediately, next try i called google's service in Denmark , (My residence) they also said i'm not supported by their refund policy. Next step was calling the bank , i did , they made me do an inquiry online , i told them i got banned in a banwave which pissed me off, i don't have the product i paid for, i also attached the ban mail , TODAY i got my money back, minus a $ or 2 . So that's your last option guys just telll them how terrible niantics customer service is . Thanx for this guide OP.
